1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between 788win (referred to as "788win", "we", "us" or "the platform") and any individual who registers an account or accesses any service offered through the 788win website, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, fish games, bingo and any promotional features.

3 Accounts

One account per player. Each player is permitted to hold one account on 788win at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same email address, same payment method or same device — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. 788win will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 788win support team immediately through the contact channels available on the platform.

788win may, at its discretion, request verification of your identity at any point. This may include providing a copy of a national identity document, proof of address or proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in your account being restricted until the process is completed.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 788win are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no hidden currency conversion fees applied to your PKR balance. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account, and the amount you request to withdraw is the amount processed to your payment method, subject to any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

Supported payment methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer and standard debit/credit cards. Mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your 788win balance within minutes. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

• Bonuses are credited to your account only after the qualifying deposit has been successfully processed and the bonus has been activated where activation is required.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus funds or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as real PKR. • Wagering requirements must be completed within the time window specified for each promotion. Bonuses that expire before wagering is completed will be removed from your account along with any associated winnings.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 788win platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account on the platform under any identity or device.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tools to interact with the platform, place bets or influence game outcomes.

788win actively monitors accounts for unusual betting patterns, bonus abuse and suspected automated activity. Players found to be in violation of these conduct rules will not be entitled to any pending winnings or balance at the time of suspension.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Account Suspension and Termination

788win reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to identity fraud, payment fraud or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• A player's own self-exclusion request.
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Players may also close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned via the last used deposit method, subject to standard identity verification.

Where an account is suspended due to a terms violation, 788win is not obligated to return any balance held in the account at the time of closure. Each case is reviewed individually by the relevant team.

10 Limitation of Liability
